We believe that our policies must be fair to both parties; ourselves and YOU.
Items CANNOT be returned, refunded, or exchanged for hygienic reasons. However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact us with photographic proof through Instagram's DM or email (info@wickdwax.co) within 48 hours. We will provide you with all the needed details once we confirm that the item is in an unused condition.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that Wick'd Wax is NOT responsible for any mishaps resulting from careless usage on your side. Each and every order is sent out with very clear and straightforward candle care and safety measures.
